1998-1999

In 1998-1999 the OIC members focused on the Y2K issue and developed OIC Y2K RAMP as an
E-commerce Management Due Diligence process.

This project won 1st prize in "IT for SME" category of the prestigious Global Bangemann 
Challenge.

Pleave review the Jury Evaluation of the project.

Software Engineering NSW negotiated an exclusive 3-year contract for the OIC RAMP Y2K Due
Diligence Process.

This was the 3 year contract was to certify that their members could provide their customers
with a certified Y2K Remediation process  

Now that the Y2K issue is diminishing OIC Members are re-establishing Special Interest Groups 
to focus on developing integrated E-commerce applications.
