According to the report the Nous Group (23 Principals and 34 Senior
Consultants) was engaged by the NSW Office of Finance Services
[OFS] to "explore the NSW Public's Aspirations for Digital Government"
A Group of 83 citizens were engaged to gather insights into their;
1 Appetite and concerns about digital services and technologies
2 Preferences and Priorities for digital interaction in general
and with government
3 Ideas on how digital government initiatives can improve their lives
