SELECTION CRITERIA - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - PAT

D-PAT	Proven ability to successfully lead and manage staff to create an effective 
	team in a high-volume environment

There are a number of projects that prove that I have the leadership and management 
ability required including:

1997	development "Electronic Association Information Management [EAIM] for 300 members 
	of the OIC

1998	development "OIC Y2K Resource Asset Management Process [RAMP]" which won the 1st 
	Prize in the Stockholm Challenge where the award was presented by the King of Sweden

1999	development "Tender Information Management Service [TIMS]" which published over 
	18,900 tenders between 2000-2007 

2001	development "On-line Questionnaires for 173 NSW Local Government Agencies" 
	commissioned by from the Federal Department of Employment, Workplace Relations 
	and Small Business [DEWRSB]  

	The RUBAC Project Management Methodology enabled this project to exceed the 
	stringent timetable and response requirements set out in the DEWRSB Contract

2002	Member of ebXML Australia

2007	Involved with Local Government Sustainability Models

2009	Participated on a number of Local Government "Community Engagement Strategies" 
	particularly with local area Precincts

2010	work with a number of training organisation to establish the "e-Health 
	Training Services Consortium [EHTSC]" to hep people understand the Federal 
	Government 4-year Health Reform Programme 2011-2015

2011	work with other people to understand the 12 Models of Wellbeing

2012	detailed evaluation of the "Herald/Age Lateral Economics [HALE] Australian 
	Model of Wellbeing"
