We are very fortunate that Don ARCHBOLD as a Lecturer in Economics in a number of Countries including Canada, UK and Australia at several Schools and Universities was able to attend the initial meeting and provide the framework for the review of the HALE Index of Australian Wellbeing [HALE-IAW].
