Hi everyone - thank for your feedback on the draft minutes for the meeting with Inner West Council 
on Thu 14 Nov 2019

The draft minutes of the meeting between the "Petersham Park Waste Collective [PPWC]" and the 
Inner West Council [IWC] on Thu 14 Nov 2019 can be reviewed On-line here

Further to your feedback the following links have been added to those draft minutes:

1	the 4 State Government reports 2008-2014  about Volunteer Value by Dr Duncan IRONMONGER

2	the IWC Parks Planning Priority List which has 52 Plans of Management [PoM] (8 of which are 
	Whites Creek Park)  either as downloaded PDF file or a Word file but not as an On-line PoM 

In addition we received from Frank in Adelaide an articles that was published on 19 Jan 2019 in the
Adelaide Advertiser. which is owned by News Limited. called "Blood of Slaves in the bluestone of SA"

This article explains that, after the UK Slavery Abolition Act 1833, the Slave Owners were 
compensated (the equivalent of BPS 16.5 Billion today) for their losses from 1835-2015 ! 

Yes compensation from UK tax-payers for 180 years !

What is easier to review this PDF file or this On-line link to Wikipedia ?

However, a number of people mentioned as influencing the terms of that Slavery Abolition Act, have 
been heavily involved with Volunteer Management System developed in Western Australia in 2004 by 
a consortium involving Mundaring Council  

Hence the proposal to the Inner West Council to establish a Volunteer Participation Credits service 
for Rate-Payers to assist the "Community Strategic Plan 2036" achieve its objectives

Indeed it is worth reviewing the Electronic Transactions Acts [ETAs] passed by the Federal 
Parliament in 1999 and all State Governments by 2003

If the Inner West Council adopts a "Community Participation Credits [CPC]" system, the current NSW 
Electronic Transactions Act 2000 [NSW-ETA] and revised Regulations could ensure the Council would 
not have any debt and significantly reduce Rate-payers costs !
