Over the years the Halisa International Network has established a large list of international 
contacts

However the major problem we have in the dissemination of our work in this area is that the major 
email providers including Microsoft, Google and Yahoo block our email distribution

We have written letters of complain about this issue to many Australian Politicians including the 
the Hon Julie BISHOP the Australian ex Foreign Minister re Letters re blocked emails 2018

Peter AXTENS LLB (Retired) as the Legal Officer of the Sustainability Action Network [SAN] and
the Open Interchange Consortium [OIC] and I Stephen GOULD, as the Managing Partner of the Halisa 
International Network [HIN], have the authority to authorise the European Commission services to
