One of the main reasons for putting documents On-line is to provide a
way to promote sponsors, local small business and community groups
and for them to receive a return, based on the number of hits on those
web-pages

According to Pim, Biogas Digesters have been popular in the
Netherlands for many years turning waste into energy
Perhaps local councils may be interested for all the dog waste !
