		SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS FOR JOB FUNCTIONS

Peter  - further to the discussion on the proposed Administration Support 
Services at the Committee Meeting on Wed 09 Nov 2005 I thought it 
may be helpful to provide summary and timetable for discussion at the 
AGM

I will give you a call tomorrow Sat to discuss the timetable and how 
we can fit it all before the season proper starts possibly in over Christmas
and New Year - this is a plan so we can get started  

A	MANAGEMENT SUMMARY

1	The Club has a requirement for a paid Club Administrator to help 
	the  Club comply with the requirements of the NSW Department
	of Fair Trading for Job Descriptions and assist with the work
	that the volunteer management Committee carry out at the moment.

2	Stephen GOULD [SGG] as a Manager of one of the teams had 
	proposed a joint venture at the Committee meeting on Wed 14 Sep 2005 to:

	1	assist local businesses promote their products using web-pages

	2	provide a way from remunerating volunteers for their efforts

	3	encourage the junior players to learn leadership and responsibilities 
		as well as football skills
		
3	On Sat 17 Sep 2005 Peter SYMONDS [PS] and SGG met to discuss
	the requirements for the Club Administrator to see if both issues 
	could be combined 2005/09/17 - Notice of Draft Minutes

4	The Main requirement is to provide Job Functions
	
5	At the Committee meeting on Wed 09 Nov 2005 the Committee
	agreed in principle for SGG to provide Administration Support
	Services for 10 hrs/week at a joint-venture fee $ 25.00/hr for 
	approximately 30 weeks from the start of the season

6	I have now reviewed the Web site and now propose that 
	the timetable should start soon after the AGM next week so
	that the bulk of the preparation for the Job Functions should be 
	carried out before the season starts.

7	There are 20 positions listed on the Web-site not including Club
	Administrator.  That Job Function will be defined during
	this process.

7	From my point-of-view I would like to complete all of the 
	outline Job Functions and questions within 6 weeks if possible
	so that it can all be documented for the Web over Christmas.

NEXT STEPS

I am proposing that if the new Management Committee is in agreement 
after the AGM that:

1	we start the following week

2	the first invoice $ 275.00 ($ 250.00 + $ 25.00 GST) is paid on Sat 19 Nov

3	on receipt of the prepared questionnaire spreadsheets
