PTE Description Details:
NATIONAL WATER INITIATIVE - WATER TRADING STUDY 
Under the National Water Initiative the signatory Governments agreed to complete three studies 
to support actions on water trading. 
PM&C requires a service provider to undertake a study that addresses the requirements of these
three studies and provides a basis for Governments to consider the specific and detailed actions
required for an open, efficient and fully functioning water trading market to be in place.  
Conditions for Participation:  
Tenderers must provide all information required under Schedule 8, Annexure 3 (Financial 
Viability and Corporate Capability). 
Timeframe for Delivery:  
14 October 2005 - 31 March 2006
