PTE Description Details:
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE ACCREDITATION AND SECURITY ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified organisations to provide quality assurance and 
project management services in relation to the Accreditation and Security Access Control System
for the APEC 2007' Taskforce, a division within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. 
Conditions for Participation:  
(i) 	Tenders must provide a duly executed declaration, in the form of the Declaration in 
	Item 1 of Attachment 4. 
(ii) 	Organisations intending to respond to this RFT must not, given the nature of the 
	Services, undertake any services in relation to the delivery of solutions for the 
	Accreditation and Security Access Control System (ASACS) and Related Services project, 
	either directly or as a subcontractor to any party engaged by the Taskforce to deliver
	the ASACS Project. 
	This exclusion does not prevent any Tenderer from tendering/contracting for work outside
	of the ASACS and Related Services project.
