GATEWAY PROGRAM REVIEWERS
The Gateway Unit of the Department of Treasury and Finance invites Registrations of Interest 
(ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced consultants, to form a database of potential 
Gateway Program Reviewers.
The Gateway Process is a series of reviews of a procurement project, carried out at key decision 
points by a team of experienced people, independent of the project team. 
The Gateway Process examines a project at critical stages in its lifecycle to provide assurance 
that it can progress successfully to the next stage. 
It is designed to be applied to projects that procure services, construction/property and IT-
enabled business change projects.
The pool of reviewers sought will include individuals with specific backgrounds in project delivery, 
project management, business analysis, procurement and operations management.
