H-NAME AND ADDRESS INTEGRATION

Council is seeking Expression of Interest from suitably qualified contractors for 
the provision name and address integration.

Information is currently held in at least the six (6) key corporate applications and a 
number of minor databases. 

The project is aimed to capture and integrate all current Council customer data to prevent 
duplication and inaccuracies, to reduce operation costs in 
A	postage and service provision, 
B	cleansing of existing data, 
C	Caller ID, 
D	face to face and 
E	e-payment.
