"Blockchain" applications are appearing in many industries 

This may be the reason that the European Commission [EC] has announced a new 
Challenge for 2019 called "Blockchains for Social Good" 

The Prize for this challenge is 5 winners of Euro 1,000,000 each

The timetable to submit an application is

1	16 May 2018 - contest opens
2	02 Apr 2019 - deadline for registration of interest - NOT MANDATORY
3 	03 Sep 2019 - deadline to submit applications

	C	OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTNERS - DRAFT 1

The Partners acknowledge that no contractual relationship is created between them 
by this MoU, but agree to work together in the true spirit of partnership to ensure that 
there is a united visible and responsive leadership of the Project and to demonstrate 
financial, administrative and managerial commitment to the project by means of the 
following services:

C1	COOPERATION

The activities and services for the Project shall include, but not be limited to 

a   Services to be rendered by "SAN EC-BSG Refugee Sanitation Construction PT"

	1	Provide previous research on UNDP Zambia Project
	2	Provide previous research on EDI and eCommerce applications
	3	Provide previous research on the Australian and ISO Standards
	4	Provide research on current ISO Construction Standards
	5	Manage all Project Communications
	6	Co-ordinate Project Resources
	7	Keep accurate project records including meeting and costs details

b  Services to be rendered by "YYYYYY"

	1	Technical Expertise on Construction and Sanitation projects
	2	Technical Expertise on different "Blockchain" Methodologies
	3	Technical Expertise of EDI Applications
	4	Computing and meeting resources

C2	RESOURCES

The Partners will endeavour to have final approval and secure any financing 
necessary to fulfil their individual financial contributions at the start of the Planning for 
the development of the Project

a	"SAN EC-BSG Refugee Sanitation Construction PT" hereby agrees to provide 
	the following financial, material and labour resources in respect of the Project

	1	Historical research information valued at over Au$ 55,000
	2	Personnel Resources to complete the project in the timescale
	3	Marketing for additional project financial sponsors
	4	Marketing for future Refugee Sanitation Sites
	5	Marketing end project as a successful "Blockchain" Project 
		Management Methodology

b	"YYYYYY" hereby agrees to provide the following financial, material and labour 
	resources in respect of the Project

	1	20% of finance, limited to Au $ 20,000
	2	Construction and Sanitation Standards Expertise
	3	In-house tools and equipment necessary to complete the Pilot project
