"Blockchain" applications are appearing in many industries 

This may be the reason that the European Commission [EC] has announced a new 
Challenge for 2019 called "Blockchains for Social Good" 

The Prize for this challenge is 5 winners of Euro 1,000,000 each

The timetable to submit an application is

1	16 May 2018 - contest opens
2	02 Apr 2019 - deadline for registration of interest - NOT MANDATORY
3 	03 Sep 2019 - deadline to submit applications

	B	PURPOSE OF JOINT-VENTURE - DRAFT 1

The Purpose of this MoU is to provide the framework for any future binding contract 
regarding the "EC-BSG Refugee Sanitation Construction" project between "SAN EC-BSG 
Refugee Sanitation Construction PT" and "YYYYYY"

This Project has a number of objectives including:

a	Research and Develop for Refugee camps, based on the 2018 research by 
	SAN with the UNHCR Zambia project, a way of providing long-term sanitation 
	processes utilising ISO Standards so the processes can be adopted by other 
	refugee camps

b	Implement a Blockchain Methodology utilising the RUBAC EII Management 
	Process to update Project information automatically in the computerised 
	systems of the Project partners and resource suppliers

c	Provide long-term Intellectual Property Royalties [IPRs] (25-years) for the 
	Project Partners and resources engaged on the Project

d	Implement a Volunteer Cryptocurrency credits system based on the Volunteer 
	value reports of Dr Duncan IRONMONGER to Australian State Governments 
	and the Volunteer eCredits system proposed for Electricity Pedal-Power for 
	generating electricity for the Refugee houses of UNHCR Zambia

e	Submit the project to the European Commission [EC] "Blockchains for Social 
	Good" Challenge [BSG]" when the project has achieved "Technology 
	Readiness Level [TRL] 7 - system prototype demonstration in operational 
	environment" as required by the EC-BSG Challenge Rules by 02 Sep 2019 at 
	the latest
