Dear Councillor

	WHY COUNCILLORS EMAILED ON RE-LOCATION OF AUSTRALIAN EMBASSY

Thank you for your response

Local Government Councillors like yourself have received the email to the Federal 
Treasurer as you may have Constituents concerned about the Federal Government's 
decision before Christmas 2018 re the planned relocation of the Australian Embassy
from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem as well as sky-rocketing Energy costs

In that email we endeavoured to identify some concerns about what could happen 
in Australia if the Embassy is moved from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem

This concern has been confirmed by the Indonesian President Joko WIDODO's 
delay in signing the Au$ 16.5 Billion Australian-Indonesian Free Trade Agreement
and the Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir MOHAMAD has said that "Embassy shift
will up terror risk"

The USA has had a Consulate in Jerusalem since the 1995 when the Jerusalem 
Embassy Act authorising an Embassy for an undivided Jerusalem was passed 
by the US Congress and Senate but not signed by the US Presidents Bill CLINTON, 
George W BUSH or Barack OBAMA

On 23 Feb 2018, even though Jerusalem is still divided into East (Israel) and West 
(Arab), US President Donald TRUMP has authorised the US Consulate in Jerusalem 
to be renamed as the US Embassy

Whereas, according to a report commissioned by the Aus FM Julie BISHOP, it will 
cost Australia over $ 200 Million to move its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem 

The email provided some background to what Zionism is and how the State of Israel 
was promised to Baron ROTHSCHILD in 1917 by the Balfour Declaration

The Sykes-Picot Agreement provides the background to the 1915 ANZAC Gallipoli 
landing to capture the Dardanelles and Constantinople for the Russian Tsar if 
Russia joined in the war against Germany 

The index of the 18 advertisements 1970-2001 placed by the American Rabbis over 
30 years re "Jews not Zionists" was to provide evidence of Jewish concerns about
Zionism as confirmed by the Web-site "Torah Jews" and its statement "Israel does 
not represent Jews or Judaism"

This concern about the Australian Federal Government proposed decision before
Christmas to move the Australian Embassy s has been heightened by the discovery 
that Sir Evelyn DE  ROTHSCHILD was a Director of IBM UK from 1972-1995

IBM had an adverse influence on Australian eCommerce Standards in 1987/88 when 
more than 15 representatives of Australian Associations on the Standards Australia 
IS/11 Committee were IBM employees who nominated the US eCommerce Standard
ANSI-X12 as the Australian Standard for 2-years even though the ISO EDIFACT 
Standard ISO 9735 had been released in 1987

On 02 Aug 2004 the Australian Senate was informed by a USA CIT Consultant 
"Rachel" that the USA that the American eCommerce Standard ANSI-X12 was 
embedded in the "Regulations of the U.S. Health Insurance Portability & 
Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)"

In 2014 IBM released the first commercial Blockchain application called  "Blockchain 
for the Diamond Industry"

Since many potential "Blockchain" applications such as eHealth, Council Tendering 
Systems and Council library networks have been outsourced to US Companies 
along with many other Council Applications

Another key issue that is rarely mentioned is that current "Blockchain Technologies" 
require considerable electricity to synchronise distributed database networks

With the increasing cost of Power by privatised Electricity organisations this issue
about the cost and continual supply of Electricity for Councils, Schools, Hospitals 
and RSLs is becoming increasingly important

You may be interested in reviewing a 1991 book by Jeremy PAXTON "Friends in 
High Place" where it states "In the 1980s they (the Rothschild) discovered 
Privatisation, experience which enabled them to advise the Governments of 
Spain, Singapore, Chile, Malaysia and Jamaica on the same subject"

It is worth noting that recent legislation in the UK called "The Automated and 
Electric Vehicle Act 2018" received Royal Assent on 19 Jul 2018

This Act states that by 2040 all new cars are to be Electric and from 2020 all Local 
Authorities should allocate 5% (which will increase each year) of all parking spaces 
for Electric Vehicles [EVs] so they can 'Park & Charge' 

However the most interesting part of the UK "Automated and Electric Vehicle Act 
2018" is the emphasis on Insurance for "Automated (ie driverless) Vehicles" and who 
is liable for accidents caused by Automated Vehicles

There are approximately 2,500 Insurance Syndicates at Lloyds of London apparently 
500 of those Syndicates are safe Syndicates like the Stamp Insurance Syndicate 
whereby large cost of every stamp worldwide is sent to that Insurance Syndicate 

Many of the members of these "Safe Syndicates" are descended from the original 
"Lords of the Manor" appointed by William the Conqueror after 1066 to subdue the 
English and these "Lords of the Manor" receive perpetual royalties as Lloyds members

As yet neither the Australian Federal Governments nor any State Governments have 
passed legislation about Electric Vehicles

However there is an organisation called "The Electric Vehicle Council"  based in 
Sydney although its "Charger Map" is illustrates US not Australian charger sites 

Australian Local Government Authorities may become responsible for installing and
maintaining Electric Vehicle Charging Points and mapping out Charging points in 
their locality while the revenue is collected by the Federal Electronic Transactions
Act and each State's Electronic Transactions Act

Does that help explain why emails on the proposed re-location of the Australian 
Embassy has been sent to Local Government Councillors ?
