Dear Mr FRYDENBERG		IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST

	ISSUES TO CONSIDER RE MOVING AUSTRALIAN EMBASSY TO JERUSALEM

As you are well aware, two of Australia's closet neigbours namely Indonesia (87.2% 
population are Muslim or 225 Million in 2018) and Malaysia (61.3% population are Muslim or 
22 Million in 2018) have large Muslim majorities compared with just 2.6% of population or 
605,000 Muslims in Australia

Whereas according to Wikipedia the Australian Jewish population is approximately 91,000 or 
less than 0.5% of the total population

The other 96.9% of the Australian population are faced with fears of further Religious 
protests over the move of the Australian embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem which is a 72 
kilometre car journey of about 1 hr 15 min or 1hr 30min by train or 15 minutes if you fly

It is far easier for most Australian travellers in Israel to get to Tel Aviv rather than 
Jerusalem as Christian, Muslim and Jewish pilgrims flood the transport system to Jerusalem 
many times of the year for religious holidays such as Christmas,  Easter, Passover, Yom Kippur, 
Ramadan and Ashura

This blind faith to follow Donald TRUMP of the USA to make Jerusalem not Tel Aviv the site 
of the Embassy reeks of the influence of Zionism when, apparently, the ending of the 1st 
World War was delayed with the assistance of Herbert HOOVER until after the Balfour 
Declaration dated 02 Nov 1917 was delivered to Baron Lionel Walter ROTHSCHILD

The Balfour Declaration which promised a homeland for the Jewish people in Palestine was 
hand delivered by Arthur James BALFOUR Foreign Secretary 1916-1919 (and former UK 
Prime Minister 1902-1905) to Baron ROTHSCHILD who had served in the UK Parliament as 
the Member of Aylesbury from 1898-1910 

Apparently when the World War I broke out in 1914, Britain, France and Russia had many 
discussions regarding the future of the Ottoman Empire with Russia being promised 
Constantinople and the Dardanelles by Britain in March 1915

It appears that in 1916 the Mark SYKES and Francois GEORGES-PICOT Agreement 
established separate countries for the Arabs if they sided against the Ottoman Empire
that had ruled them for 700 years

While the Arabs were promised their own Countries if they signed the Agreement none 
knew about the establishment of Israel by the Balfour Declaration

As you will also be aware, many in the Jewish community has been split over the 
influence of Zionism on Public Opinion about Jewish people for many decades Ref the 
18 Adverts placed by American Rabbis in the New York Times 1970-2001

Possibly the Rabbis were deeply concerned that Zionism will cause perpetual problems for 
Jewish Congregations and result in violence against Jewish Communities like the
Pittsburgh Massacre on 28 Oct 2018 and similar incidents like the massacre of the whole 
Jewish Community of 150 men, women and children in York on 16 Mar 1190

This issue of the Rothschild influence on Public State of Affairs has been exacerbated more 
recently by the fact that Sir Evelyn DE ROTHSCHILD was a Director of IBM UK Holdings Ltd 
from 1972-1995 while he was a Director of De Beers from 1977-1994

This was at the time that Electronic Commerce [eCommerce] Standards were being 
established and IBMs influence on the International Standards Boards was considerable 
including the Australian EDI Standards Committee from 1987-1992

In 1999 the Australian Parliament passed the Electronic Transactions Act which generates 
income for the Government via Electronic Transactions such as Opal Card and Credit Card 
Transactions and subsequently each State has passed an Electronic Transactions Act to 
collect revenue eg from Car Parking, Poker machines etc

Although the EDI Standards issues was reported to John HOWARD (Prime Minister) at 
the time of the Australian-USA Free Trade Agreement [Aus-USA FTA] in 2004 there was 
no investigation into our claims that the Communications and Information Technologies 
[CIT] Standards had been doctored for the benefit of the CIT Industries

This became apparent in 2006 when it was discovered that the Australian eName & 
Address [AS4590] had both a simple address and a complex address format in the 
same standard and hence requires a separate organisation to check each electronic 
Purchase Order and Invoice to ascertain which address format is used

This US influence on Australian CIT Standards was further compounded in 2008 when 
the newly appointed CIT Advisory Sub-committee of the National eHealth Transition 
Authority [NeHTA] released 9 different CIT Standards that software developers could 
use to develop eHealth Applications

The vast majority of these different CIT Standards are American Proprietary-owned software 
standards which has resulted in the need for third-party intermediaries to translate from one 
standard to another and adds considerable cost to eHealth

More recently in 2014, IBM released a video called "Blockchain for the Diamond Industry" 
which apparently will update supply chain databases automatically every 10 minutes and 
drain power systems internationally if it is adopted by other Industries

We ask you to consider these issues as part of the decision before Christmas 2018 
about moving the Australian Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
