MICROSOFT HAS NOT COMPLIED WITH ITS WRITTEN POLICY
Dear Minister for Foreign Affairs
It has now been 40-days since we could access our Microsoft Outlook email
accounts
Our letter Mon 21 May 2018 "Who to contact re email conspiracy against UN
Refugee Help" outlined what appears to be a conspiracy by Google, Microsoft
and Yahoo to prevent email distribution on UNHCR Refugee Projects
On Mon 21 May 2018 we informed you we had endeavoured to contact
Microsoft on the telephone number of their web-site 1800-647-215 and had
not received a response
As at 17:00 Tue 05 Jun 2018 we still have not received a response
This letter details how Microsoft have not complied with its written Policy on
email disputes which were published on 01 Mar 2018 and came into effect on
01 May 2018
According to the new Terms and Conditions you have to live in the United
States to abide by the Microsoft Terms and Conditions
As far as we can see there are no other terms and conditions if you live
outside the united states
HENCE WE ARE WRITTING TO YOU TO REQUEST YOUR ASSITANCE IN THIS MATTER BY
CONTACTING THE MICROSOFT AUSTRALIA MANAGING DIRECTOR STEVEN WORRALL
We would like to arrange a local meeting quickly with Microsoft Australia
to discuss why we believe we comply with its new Terms & Conditions that came
into force on 01 May 2018
According to the Microsoft web-site's new Terms & Conditions effective 01
May 2018, this is the process for a Dispute:
BINDING ABITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
1 Download a 2-page Notice of Dispute which lists 42 Microsoft
software, device or service which may be in dispute
2 Complete the form in writing !
(why is it not an On-line Form ?)
3 email it back !!
(how can we email it back without access to our email accounts ?)
4 A Microsoft representative will respond within 60-days
5 If the dispute is not resolved you may begin arbitration after 60 days
by submitting a Demand for Arbitration to the American
Arbitration Association
Minister this is the new Process for resolving Disputes !!
NEXT STEPS
We request you to contact the Office of the Managing Director of Microsoft
and ask his EA to contact us to make an Appointment for us to get our
Microsoft Outlook emails operational again as soon as possible
In the meantime we would like to provide a detailed report on the apparent
conspiracy by email Providers which acts against any attempts to make a
contribution for the benefit of the Refugees and people who would like to
provide their expertise to assist Refugees
Surely Groups seeking to support UN Initiatives from Australia should be
encouraged
Please advise who we should contact to submit the report Thank you
Yours sincerely
