  WHO TO CONTACT RE EMAIL CONSPIRACY AGAINST UN REFUGEE HELP ?
 
Dear Minister for Foreign Affairs

We write to inform you of a conspiracy by International email providers to 
prevent our distribution of progress to our contacts about the United Nations
High Commissioner for Refugees [UNHCR] Zambia Project

Members of the Sustainability Action Network [SAN] have spent the last 6 
months understanding the Refugee problem in Zambia via the Engineers 
without Borders [EWB] web-site for the project

Over the last month we have had great difficulty sending out our weekly
update reports via both Google Gmail and Microsoft Outlook email

On 07 May 2018 we received a request from the Head of School of one of the 
30 Universities who are participating in EWB projects, seeking to work with us 
on the Zambia project

On 08 May 2018 one of our members provided a summary report on the 
Energy issues for the Refugees in Zambia 
{Att B - 2018/05/08 emailed graphic re Energy Issues for Zambian Refugees}

Since that report was initially distributed on 16 May 2018, all subsequent 
emails have been blocked hence we cannot inform our contacts of progress or
receive any further emails expressing help and support

This issue has now reach the stage whereby we are not able to :

1	send out any emails by Gmail or Outlook as they are blocked

2	open any new email accounts with Gmail or Outlook

3	open new email accounts with Yahoo or other email providers

NEXT STEPS
 
We would like to provide a detailed report on this conspiracy which acts
against any attempts to make a contribution for the benefit of the Refugees 
and people who would like to provide their expertise to assist Refugees

Surely Groups seeking to support UN Initiatives from Australia should be 
encouraged 

Please advise who we should contact to submit the report	Thank you
