	THE SPECIFICATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EASYBIZ WEB SERVICES HUB

The EasyBiz Project is a Regulation Reduction Incentive funded project involving 32 local 
Victorian councils.

The project is delivering a portal that will enable small/home based businesses in Victoria to 
better understand and fulfill their local council compliance requirements eg the completion and 
lodging of permit, licence and registration applications online. 

The EasyBiz Project requires the services of a suitably qualified Web Services Development firm
to specify, develop and implement a Web Services Hub that facilitates the exchange of data using
common formats and agreed standards between the EasyBiz Portal, up to 32 local Victorian 
councils and a range of other third party data providers such as STATE and Federal Government 
systems that are relevant to small/home based business.
