A major objective of the KSAS project is to enable Junior Sports Clubs to comply with their State Child Protection Legislation The project is a web-based application to facilitate web page sponsorship of the Sports Club by Local Businesses. This Sponsorship will pay for the on-going local maintenance and support costs for the Junior Sports Clubs The new business from the Web-page Sponsorship should be able to pay for the Local Businesses support and enhancements costs Details of the project can be reviewed in the communications with Stephen HOWARD Secretary NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing for CDSE funding As you may be aware we have developed a Spreadsheet prototype for Community Junior Sports Clubs based on the complex address option of AS4590 B DEVELOPING LOCAL CIT SUPPORT SKILLS A key part of the project is enabling Local Businesses to support the Local Sport teams via the Local Business web-sites The project has identified a need for developing Local Skill levels to support Local Business web-sites. The proposed local support people could be the local youth or people prepared to gain CIT Business skills that will support the Local Businesses and Sport Teams Details of how the support people would be paid are in the email to the Stephen HOWARD Secretary NSW OLGR C CENTRELINK FUNDING ON-LINE SKILLS PROGRAM We have identified the following local training is required to enable Local Businesses to support the local Sporting Community by sponsoring Local team web-pages. Training is required in either MS products or Open Source products: 1 Web-page design 2 Pagemaker 3 Wordprocessing 4 Spreadsheet 5 Database 6 Overview of Australian eCommerce Standard AS4590 7 email content for forms 8 Long term Business support contracts We would like to develop a 10 week 2 hr On-line Training program so that we can provide a consistent training process. Would Centrelink be prepared to be involved with this project and fund the development of the 10 week 2 hr On-line Training Program ?
