Hi Nicola, Andrew and Rachel cc	SAN Project members

	NOTICE OF INNER WEST COUNCIL ENVIRONMENT GRANT APPLICATION

The Submission for the Environmental Grant Au$ 7,500 from Inner West Council was lodged
22:28 Sun 30 Jun 2019 by email {Att A}

It was lodged by email because the Council "SmartyGrants" On-line application form blocked
the application claiming the ABN 98-594-482-296 of the auspicing organisation the Open
Interchange Consortium [OIC] was invalid

The application by email included a letter from the Legal Officer of the OIC and a copy of the
OIC BAS Jan-Mar 2019 confirming the OIC ABN 98-594-482-296 {Att A}

Even though I did not receive by 12:00 Sun 30 Jun 2019 a response from Andrew re the cost
or whether he still wanted to be included in the project, he and Rachel were both included in
the submission to Inner West Council as he may have had other priorities over the weekend

As a result the Budget figures did not include accurate figures on the likely costs for monthly
seminars in the Petersham areas

However as the Petersham Park Waste Collective [PPWC] signatures have confirmed the
need and agreement for a new Biogas Waste-to-Energy pilot project then we may be able to
obtain funding from other sources if the Inner West Council Application is not successful

We have 1 month before we know whether the Application is successful so at the next
meeting scheduled 14:00-15:00 Fri 05 Jul 2019 we can refine the Marketing and Biogas
Operation strategy for a more effective Budget
