REVIEW RECENT ARTICLES SENATOR MATT CANAVAN, PETA CREDLIN & RUPERT MURDOCH

Further to our Zoom meeting Thu 09 Sep 2021 and the discussion that most if not all Carbon
Credits are all purchased and traded in London, please find below similar references by other
Political figures including:

A	Senator Matt CANAVAN Senator for Queensland Australia
B	Peta CREDLIN former Chief of Staff to Tony ABBOTT ex Prime Minster Australia
C	Rupert MURDOCH article F 19 Nov 2021 "Time to rein in big tech tyranny"

These articles provide evidence that also indicate that Carbon Credits and Carbon trading is a
very sophisticated financial rort similar to how the British Public paid £ 16.5 Billion Pounds
to Slave Traders as Compensation for the Slavery Abolition Act for 180 years (1835 - 2015)

The concern includes the fact that in Aug 2019 The Inner West Council published its "Climate &
Renewables Strategy" with p17 stating each household would purchase "6 tonnes per annum of
Carbon Credits for transport, waste and energy consumption and 41 tonnes per annum of
Carbon Credits for "Unsustainable consumption ie Supply Chain processes" starting 2025

Glasgow climate conference is really about 'political change': Canavan
Jack Mahony
Digital Reporter

Senator Matt Canavan vows to campaign against net zero in fight for 'working class people of
Australia' Senator Matt Canavan says he will continue to campaign against the Coalition
government's plan to have net zero emissions by 2050, despite The Nationals deal.

Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says the COP26 climate change conference in Glasgow is
really about "political change" and he believes Australia should "run a million miles from it".

The Queensland Senator also said he was not alone in his anti-net zero stance telling The
Australian there are a "whole lot of people who don't like this net-zero stuff" adding that
he hoped the Nationals would make the "right call" to protect the working class at the next
opportunity.

'Clear relationship' between reducing emissions and losing manufacturing ability: Canavan

Queensland Senator Matt Canavan says there is a "clear relationship" between countries that
are reducing their carbon emissions, and losing manufacturing ability.

issues

C	RUPERT MURDOCH F 19 NOV 2021 "TIME TO REIN IN BIG TECH TYRANNY"

In this article Rupert MURDOCH accuses the corporate behaviour of "Google" and "Facebook"
of "censorship, collusion and a lack of transparency"

However this computing tyranny has been carried out since the 1980s when IBM loaded the
Standards Australia EDI (Supply Chain) IS/11 Committee with IBM employees as
representatives of different Associations to force through both a simple address and complex
address EDI Supply Chain standard AS4590

This action meant each electronic Supply Chain message would require a permanent checking
process by computer software to add cost by checking which standard was used and convert
from the simple address to the complex address and slow down the whole Supply Chain
process

This computing tyranny was then exacerbated by the 1997-2002 Y2K process which cost
Australian tax-payers over Au$ 12 Billion for Computer Y2K experts to check Australian Federal,
State and Local Government computer systems

This big tech tyranny was then further supported when in 2003 Standards Australia
commissioned overseas organisations including IBM, Microsoft, Sun Microsystem, SAP and the
European Barcode Article Numbering Company [EAN] to build "BizDex" for the Australian Wheat
Board [AWB] for grain exports

In 2004 The Australia United States Free Trade Agreement [Aus-USA-FTA] was signed with a
speech by Robert B ZOELLICK then the US Trade Ambassador and from 2007-2012 President
of the World Bank

Unfortunately "BizDex" was developed as a false invoicing system which led to the Oil for Food
scandal with Iraq in 2005

"United Nations investigator Paul Volcker found that the Australian Wheat Board, and later AWB
Limited, .were not the only, but certainly the largest source of kickbacks to the Iraqi regime"

This is how Standards Australia promoted "BizDex" to other countries via SAI Global
SAI Global web-page offering BizDex B2B Registry for sale to other organisations worldwide

"PREFACE

This handbook was prepared by Standards Australia in consultation with the National Office for the
Information Economy (NOIE) (now the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the
Arts), project subcontractors Red Wahoo and an industry based advisory panel.

It is an historical record of the outputs of two projects conducted by the project team which developed a
national e-business framework, registry and toolkit concepts, collectively known as BizDex.

A working group managed by Standards Australia, consisting of representatives from the vendor, service
provider, government agencies, standards and end-user communities provided strategic direction and
oversight for the projects".

On 31 Oct 2009 Standards Australia changed its Business Model and Red Wahoo was announced as the
owner of the Australian B2B Standard AS4590 used in the development of BizDex and GovDex

The National Electronic Health Transition Authority (NeHTA) was established in July 2005 as a
collaborative enterprise by the Australian Commonwealth, State and Territory governments to
identify and develop the necessary foundations for electronic health (eHealth).

In 2010 the Commonwealth Government published the "HealthCare Identifiers Regulations 2010" which
limited the Identifying Information to email address, telephone number and fax number only

However the Healthcare Identifiers Act 2010 states that email address, telephone number and fax
number only applies to individuals (section 7.1) not the Healthcare Providers (section 7.2) or Healthcare
Recipients (section 7.3) - both these sections require address information but it does not say whether to
simple address or com-plex address has to be used to identify the healthcare provide or patient

In Jan 2007 NeHTA published a list of 9 Candidate Standards for e-procurement documents including the
free United Nations version EDIFACT and 8 other proprietary standards mainly owned by US companies

As there are multiple e-health candidate standards NeHTA acknowledged that this requires multiple e-hubs
to check and convert from one standard to another !

How much of the Australia health budget is being consumed by Communications and Information
Technology [CIT] Service providers ?

Hence this is why we have to be very vigilant with what is driving Climate Change Carbon Credits !

Yours sincerely
