This is the electronic Index of Version 3 UN/CEFACT TRADE/R.650 dated 18 Aug 2004.

These chapters include the Draft Missions Mandate, Terms of Reference and Procedures for 
UN/CEFACT (The United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business).

All of the Chapters are provided to enable those interested in Electronic Business and Free 
Trade Agreements to review the UN/CEFACT Mission and Objectives in conjunction with the 
current Australian-United States Free Trade Agreement [FTA] Model.

Australian FTAs have been negotiated with the Singapore (Jul 2003) and the United States of
America (May 2004).

There are, as at 01 Oct 2004, FTA scoping studies and feasibility studies with China and 
Malaysia for signed FTA agreements during 2005.
