A THE PROJECT AND ITS PARTNERS-DRAFT 1
This Memorandum of Understanding [MoU] is made on 29 Apr 2019, by and between
the "Sustainability Action Network [SAN] EC-BSG Refugee Sanitation Construction
Project Team [PT]" of 4/6 Lower Wycombe Road NEUTRAL BAY 2089 (hereinafter
referred to as "SAN EC-BSG Refugee Sanitation") and "XXXXXXXXXXX" of "ADDRESS"
(hereinafter referred to as "YYYYYY") for the purpose of achieving the various
aims and objectives relating to the "EC-BSG Refugee Sanitation Construction"
(the "Project")
Whereby "SAN EC-BSG Refugee Sanitation Construction PT" and "YYYYYY" desire to
enter into an agreement in which "SAN EC-BSG Refugee Sanitation Construction
PT" and "YYYYYY" will work together to complete the project
And whereby "SAN EC-BSG Refugee Sanitation Construction PT" and "YYYYYY" are
desirous to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between them, setting out
the working arrangements that each of the partners agree are necessary to complete
the project
