A PETERSHAM PARK WASTE COLLECTIVE [PPWC]
The "Petersham Park Waste Collective [PPWC]" was proposed by one of the dog walkers on
Sat 29 Jun 2019 when discussing the proposed Environmental Grant Application on behalf of
the Petersham Park dog-owners rather than a "Poo Collective"
Many of the dog-owners were keen to improve the waste-management issues as well as
minimising the dog excrement and health risks to children using the Park
The PPWC includes Jo HOBSON who has been active in proposing more effective waste
management at Petersham Park since 2005 and other members who have provided a series
of photographs of the problems with waste in Petersham Park for a number of years
