	STILL NOT EXPLAINED WHY EMBASSY MOVE IS GOOD FOR AUSTRALIA

Your reply focuses on political reasons to move the Embassy but not pragmatic or 
diplomatic issues and still ignores the real issue is the cost of electricity and 
other energy resources for the Public

As you have not provided any evidence or references we are not convinced that you
can state that "the people of Israel including Jews, Arabs, Druze and Bedouin want" 
the Capital moved to a divided city

Indeed many may believe that Australia as a signatory to the Treaty of Versailles 
endorsed the "harsh punitive measures against Germany, forcing it to pay billions of 
dollars to repair war damage in Europe, give up more than 10 percent of its territory 
and all its foreign colonies, and accept restrictions on its military" led to the rise 
of the National Socialist German Workers' Party [NAZI] after World War I as outlined in 
the Sun newspaper on Tue 11 November 1918  - "The Surrender - Revolution Spreads"

Your reply did not address the factual information about how many Jewish people 
feel about the formation of Israel and why Australian and New Zealand troops were 
used at Gallipoli to induce Russia to enter the War in 1915

This concern about the Australian Federal Government proposed decision before
Christmas to move the Australian Embassy s has been heightened by the discovery 
that Sir Evelyn DE  ROTHSCHILD was a Director of IBM UK from 1972-1995

You may recall the AWB Oil-for-Food Scandal with Saddam HUSSEIN's Regime in 
Iraq  which was a result of false invoicing and bribes of Au $300 Million

In 2003 IBM led a Consortium which received an Australian Federal Government 
Grant Au$ 200,000 to develop an Invoicing system called "BizDex" for the Australian 
Wheat Board [AWB]

This Consortium sponsored by Standards Australia included many US and European 
Companies including IBM, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, SAP, European Article 
Numbering Association [EAN] with a few Australian Organisations like Australia Post, 
Boral, Blue Scope Steel.

However the core XML technical work was carried out by 2 small Australian 
companies namely Steve CAPEL of Red Wahoo and Tim McGRATH of TEDIS who 
was also Chair Universal Business Language [UBL] Committee

According to Red Wahoo documents this XML Technical work included developing 
the Australian "XML Name & Address Standard" AS4590"

In 2009 Standards Australia changed its Business Model so that Standards
Australian Standards Committee members like Steve CAPEL and Red Wahoo and 
Tim McGRATH of TEDIS probably now receive perpetual Royalties from Standards 
Australia from the sales of the AS4590 Standard eg UN/CEFACT Presentation 
France 2005

"BizDex" was renamed "GovDex" and is now implemented in many Federal, State
and Local Government departments worldwide eg Health - 2014
 
The problem is in 2006 it was revealed that this "Name & Address Standard" has a 
simple and complex address format in the same standard thus a third party had to be 
engaged to checked every message to see whether a simple address or complex 
address was used in the eMessage  adding considerable cost and delay to the 
process

According to The Mandarin on 18 Mar 2018 "GovDex" has now been renamed 
"GovTEAMS" for 2019 as the original "GovDex" included the Australian Atlassian's 
collaboration platform which has now been replaced by the Microsoft Azure 
cloud with Microsoft Office 365 as a "Software as a Service (SaaS)" monthly subscription service

In 2014 IBM released the first commercial Blockchain application called "Blockchain 
for the Diamond Industry"

Hence concerns about what is happening with the implementation of "BizDex/ 
GovDex" in Federal, State and Local Government organisations in Australia and 
Internationally

Once again please help our members, many of whom are Australians living in 
Sydney 14,000 kilometres from Tel Aviv, to understand why it is so important for 
Australia to move its Embassy 70 kilometres to Jerusalem when the American 
Jerusalem Embassy Act allows USA Presidents to "reissue the waiver every six months 
on "national security grounds".
