Hi Peter

Thank you for organising so speedily the On-line version of the European
Commission [EC] "Blockchains for Social Good [BSG]" H2020 Programme Rules of
Contest rather than just the hard copy version

I was surprised that the hard copy version had so many "widow" and "orphan" pages
when footnotes with large margins were included on a number of pages eg

	1	p5 "focus" as a single word

	2	p7 the 5th Award Criteria

	3	p8 "awarded to all"

4	p11 "the last two-line sentence to 8.7 "Conflicts of Interest"

Indeed it was quite difficult matching up the footnotes with the reference in the text

Hence the On-line version has made the whole process far simpler to evaluate the
"Rules of Contest" particularly with the On-line links to all the reference
documentation listed on the hard-copy version eg Eligibility

Regards
