Whilst IP in terms of records, books, etc have solid protections and you 
can argue the basic case that courts are for the rich - and especially 
American courts - software has no protections at all. Not understood and 
ultimately ignored - our competitors copy and steal and there is not a 
damned thing we can do about it. And soon it will happen to the rest of you 
too.
