The objectives of the Tender Information Management Service [TIMS] is to provide an electronic
tendering service as the initial stage of the e-business cycle.
It is designed to enable any Small and Medium size Enterprise to submit their tenders on the
internet and to enable any SME to review the tenders and provide a response a response
electronically.
A unique feature of TIMS is to automatically provide management with up-to-date metrics on key
criteria.
These criteria are to assist management planning with their own product development and training
staff in new applications.

PURPOSE
The purpose is to provide:
1 a standard way for reviewing and locating information on tenders.
2 a service for licence to members and subscribers.

quickly depending on the project profile completed.
4 A process to greatly reduce the time to review and respond to tenders
