That I have read the documentation in relation to Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts (DOCITA), on behalf of the National Officer for the Information Economy (NOIE) Consultancy to manage an XML schema clearinghouse, including the development of the technical infrastructure– composed of a registry and repository (NCON/03/1) including the terms and conditions of contract under the GITC4 standard contract.

2. I unreservedly agree to accept the terms and conditions of the GITC4 standard contract except for the matters detailed in the Schedule below.

And I make this solemn declaration by virtue of the Statutory Declarations Act 1959, and subject to the penalties provided by that Act for the making of false statements in statutory declarations, conscientiously believing the statements contained in this declaration to be true in every particular.

clause 28.2 Termination for Convenience
