CONFIRMATION OFCONTRIBUTIONS BY OTMG FOR EDCM PROJECT

This is confirmation of the services and resources provided for the Electronic Dangerous Cargo Management [EDCM] Application
by members of the Open Interchange Consortium [OIC]. 

IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS 

OTMG Pty Ltd has been developing a number of applications to prototype "a newer architecture required for electronic and 
paper trade facilitation" ref UN/CEFACT slides on the 2005 Strategy for eCommerce.

OTMG Pty Ltd is prepared to provide these applications and the expertise to support these applications on a no cost basis.

The licence and support of these applications for a 3 month basis is $ 6,000 

In addition OTMG is prepared to provide consultants for the EDCM project on a 50% reduced fee basis to develop this 
commercial application to benchmark this "newer architecture.

The contribution that OTMG will provided for this 3 month project is $ 48,000 for consultancy fees.
