CONFIRMATION OFCONTRIBUTIONS BY OIC FOR EDCM PROJECT

This is confirmation of the services and resources provided for the Electronic Dangerous Cargo Management [EDCM] Application
by members of the Open Interchange Consortium [OIC]. 

IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS 

The Open Interchange Consortium [OIC] has developed a number of eCommerce applications that will be provided for the EDCM 
project without any cost or transaction fee charge.

These applications include:

	1 	Electronic Survey Management

	2 	Electronic Committee Management

	3	Electronic Project Management 

These applications will be available for the duration of the Electronic Dangerous Cargo Management [EDCM] project for all 
users.
