This is an application form to licence the OIC Y2K RESOURCE ASSET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (OICY2KRAMP) Y2K DUE DILIGENCE PROCESS.
This process will enable you to demonstrate to your business trading partners the steps you have taken to ensure that your organisation has taken in its efforts to be Y2K Compliant with your desktop computer systems. The OICY2KRAMP process does not mean you are Y2K Compliant. It illustrates the progress that you have made in your efforts to ensure that your organisation is Y2K Compliant. SET UP FEES
This process provides your Y2K compliancy progress on a secure Web site address that you can provide your trading partners.
There is a one-off set up fee for establshing the Web page. This fee is: 1 If registering before 17:00 Mon 04/10/99 $ 250 if you do not require any consultant support
$ 500 if you think you will require consultant support
2 After 17:00 Mon 04/10/99 $ 500 if you do not require any consultant support
$1,000 if you think you will require consultant support
If you register for "No consultant" support and then require consultant support there will be a fee $ 750 or you have the option of pay for Y2K consultants at their fee rates and not the reduced OICY2KCC fee rates. MONTHLY BILLINGS
You will be billed each month for the licence of OICY2KRAMP. This monthly licence fee will depend on the number of systems that you have in your organisation and the amount of checking and on-going remediation work that has to be monitored. Y2K Consultants that attend your premises to carry out Y2K work are billed separately. Please note that as a member of OICY2KCC you will obtain those consultants at special fees rates. These special rates have been negotiated on the understanding that the Y2K Consultant time is paid at the end of the month by direct debit or credit card. Your mentor will monitor on you behalf the work carried out by the Y2K Consultant to ensure that the fee is properly justified HAVE YOU ?
Prior to completing this application have you: 1 Confirmed that your organisation can pay either by Direct Debit or Credit Card ? 2 Decide on either a 24 month or 36 monthly payment scheme. The Australian and US Y2K legislation has a sunset date of 30/06/2001 hence the need to spread the cost of this supporting process over a minimum of 2 years. 3 Submitted your membership application for the OICY2K COMPLIANCE CONSORTIUM (OICY2KCC).
Membership is required to provide you with a mentor to assist you complete the OICY2KRAMP process within 3 months (apart from Network Data Exchange (NDE) issues) DISPUTES
It is the responsibility of the the mentor to take responsibility for ensuring that an arbitration process is followed. If these disputes cannot be settled by the mentor then the process is to refer the issue to the local regional management committee. The final level for dispute resolution is the OIC Y2K COMPLIANCE CONSORTIUM Management Committee. " |
