Dear Stephen,

Further to your discussion with Keith Finkeld of EBXML Australia on Fri 23rd Nov 2001,
re the ongoing conflict between Julian Day, Alan Manly and yourself, I have been informed
Julian Day contacted Neil Gamble, CEO of the Solution6 Group.

He attempted to derail the OIC seminar on the 28 Nov 2001.

What he has also done is continue to involve the OIC and its members with an issue that
has no relevance to them.

The information you have provided to us to keep us informed on this matter should now be
made available to all potential members and sponsors as it may be affecting the funding
submissions the OIC is making.

Please make available all relevant documentation on your Website so that;

1. We can refer potential sponsors and members to the information.

2. Prepare a document as a hand-out with a summary of information.

Please have this ready for the OIC Annual General Meeting 19th Dec 2001 for discussion.

Yours sincerely,

Ken Bromfield
