Hosting - does this stay this way, or is it up for tender as well?

We are looking for suggestions from tenderers.

What is the projected time frame for the project to commence?

The project would start as soon as it is practicable – during October, November and December.

Are there any specific guidelines / restrictions in terms of technology platforms?

We have deliberately not set any guidelines / restrictions in terms of a technology platform and therefore all technical architecture options are allowable. We have no pre-conceived ideas about the technology.

In relation to development:

Do we want one web site to reflect branch input?

or

Do we want separate sites specific to each branch?

The key here is consistency not necessarily uniformity – strive for a consistent corporate image.
