Updating content - re members/organisaton. What consideration, how will it happen, what is the on-going maintenance?	We are looking for suggestions from tenderers.
How many people would be involved re updating of content? Who are they? How many people involved in updating sites re static site?	We are looking for suggestions from tenderers for an optimal outcome.
Hosting - does this stay this way, or is it up for tender as well?	We are looking for suggestions from tenderers.
What is the projected time frame for the project to commence?	The project would start as soon as it is practicable – during October, November and December.
Are there any specific guidelines / restrictions in terms of technology platforms?	We have deliberately not set any guidelines / restrictions in terms of a technology platform and therefore all technical architecture options are allowable. We have no pre-conceived ideas about the technology.
In relation to development: Do we want one web site to reflect branch input? or Do we want separate sites specific to each branch?	The key here is consistency not necessarily uniformity – strive for a consistent corporate image. Use links wherever possible – do not duplicate information.
