Dear Councillor

Further to your statetment to me at the Council Meeting Tue 15 Jul that
the explanation of the Council's "Entrepreneurial" Income 
$ 3,264,540 is from Property Management, it should not be too difficult 
to provide a copy of the details of that income from the Council 
Accounting Records.

We look forward to receiving a copy of the Council's Record of how the 
Council's "Entrepreneurial" Income $ 3,264,540 has been calculated.
