QUESTION: COUNCIL MEETING TUE 09 DEC 2008 Sun 07 Dec 2008 Recipient: 6123Ob12 REF:AEAYL9Q1 TO: Cr Dom LOPEZ OAM cc Mosman Residents Mayor Councillors MOSMAN MUNICIPAL COUNCIL Interested Parties Dear Mr Mayor Q: Would Council explain where the following amounts appear in the Council Accounts: 1 Long Service Levies from DA Applications 2 Security Deposits 3 s94 Contributions BACKGROUND Further to the report on the Mosman Council meeting Tue 04 Nov 2008 a detailed analysis of the Development Applications was conducted to determine if 1 the review process can be simplified 2 it is possible to shorten the DA application process electronically 3 paper and printing costs for Council can be reduced significantly The report is being finalised.
