	CIT INDUSTRY SALIVATING OVER "GREEN IT" SPEND

Dear Madam Mayor and Councillors

Further to the Council meeting Tue 18 Mar 2008 and our fax to the General
Manager re the Australian Rugby Union detailed Policy on the Child Protection
issue, this letter is to inform you of:

1	Statutory Declaration 9 re the Council meeting on Tue 18 Mar 2008
	{Att A - Question time Council meeting}

2	evidence that the IT industry considers the "Green IT Spend will
	outstrip the Y2K Spend" {Att B - Computerworld 19 Mar 2008}

3	concerns that as, Mosman has "the largest carbon footprint of any
	Council in Australia", SHOROC Parents and Ratepayers need to be
	very diligent about reviewing any proposed Council initiatives on
	Sustainability issues eg new Floodlights and proposed Green
	Electricity levies.

NEXT STEPS

These issues will be discussed further with SHOROC and Sub-Regional Inner
North Ratepayers

Yours sincerely

Yours sincerely
