		QUESTION ON GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT


This questions is why the Kids Save-at-Sport Mosman submission has not 
been reviewed as a Local Government Revenue raising capability ? 

The Council Minutes 07 August 2007 included a report from the General 
Manager " Report on assessment of Local Government's Revenue Raising
Capacity".

This followed an Article in the SMH 24 July 2007 "Councils argue for 
parity in funding".

As stated before the KSAS-Mosman Network can provide a revenue raising 
capability for Council via the Local Information Economy Network.


NEXT STEPS

Madam Mayor, please advise if the Council will review this capability.
