A	TWO PAGE INFORMATION SHEET FESTIVAL OF MOSMAN

Further to the Council meeting Tue 03 Jul 2007, I met with Cr Martin SKIPPER Deputy Mayor 
last night at the Mosman Chamber of Commerce meeting at the Mosman Returned Servicemen's 
Club [RSC].

During the course of the evening I was given the opportunity to speak about the Parents' 
initiative to form "Kids Safe-at-Sport Mosman" and received a warm reception from a number 
of attendees.

We have developed the details for the plan to contact over 200 Mosman Retailers over the next 
10 days (Att A).

The third letter due to be distributed on Wed 18 Jul could include two pages on the Festival 
of Mosman (Att A - Letter 3)

Is there anything that has been prepared for the Festival of Mosman programme that could be
included in that letter on Wed 18 Jul 2007 ?

B	TELEPHONE FOLLOW-UP RESOURCES

Whilst the photocopying and the letter drop can be managed by the KSAS-Mosman Committee, 
the telephone follow-up on Mon 22 Jul and Tue 23 Jul could include questions about the 
likely interest on support for the Festival of Mosman.

Would the Festival of Mosman Committee be able to provide telephones and telephone follow-up 
resources to contact the Mosman Retailers re their support for the Festival of Mosman ?

We could include this as part of the telephone follow-up for the KSAS-Mosman Seminar on Wed
25 Jul 2007.

C	NEXT STEPS

Could the following questions be included in the Agenda for Tue 17 Jul 2007

1 	Is there any information on the Festival of Mosman timetable ?

2 	Would the Council contribute to the telephone follow-up costs ?

3 	Can the Council provide telephone follow-up resources ?
