On Fri 26/10/2001 ebXML Australia established a marketing strategy work group [EBAMSWG] for a number of reasons including: 1 Most SMEs cannot afford the time or money to attend XML E-commerce conferences exhibitions 2 The lack of commercial applications for SMEs using XML schemas 3 The absence of any strategy worldwide to assist SMEs understand, evaluate and implement XML Applications. It is proposed that the method of operation for this work group is by a disciplined timetable using Electronic mail. That timetable will have defined times and responsibilities in that reports have to be completed by a certain time and date and reviewed by other members of the work group within a certain time and date.
