These are the different tender services in each Subscription Package provided from 01 Feb 2005 - 31 Jan 2006 ***Links to Legislation now included in all tender services***
Definitions
A: The Applicant - the person who subscribes for a TIMS Subscription 12 month Tender Services package and co-ordinates details from 3 other subscribers if subscription B, C or D selected B: Electronic Tender Notice - receive two times a week an e-mail that provides a link to tenders published that session C: TIMS Services there are currently 16 different tender information services a Basic Tender Service - notice of the tender, submission due date and web-link b Briefing Notices & Details - notices and details of briefing meetings including time, date, venue and contact c Contacts links for each tender - for each tender it is intended to provide a link to the publishers' web page and contact page d Tender Analysis: Industry - an analysis of that session's tenders by 9 different Industry Groups e Tender Analysis: Application - an analysis each session's tenders by 11 different Application Groups f History of Tenders - a link with analysis to all the tenders published on TIMS since 01 Jul 2000 g Tender Documentation - a link to the tender documentation that has been downloaded to the TIMS Data Storage site or a direct link to the tender documentation web site for that tender h Conversion doc & rtf to htm - where possible the .doc and .rtf documents are converted to htm for fast review i Current Open Tenders - a link to all current open tenders published on TIMS j Maps Briefings/Site/Delivery - where possible there will be links to e-Maps for Briefing, Site and Tender delivery venues k Link to Legislation - many tenders now refer to Federal and State Government legislation and Policy documents. The objective is to provide direct links to that documentation electronically l Tender Timetable - a number of tender publishers include a tender timetable within the documentation. The intention is to provide a tender timetable for each tender if it is published m Analysis Tender Docs - many tenders include a number of tender documents in one electronic file. It is envisaged that an index can be provided which identifies those parts of the documentation that refer to specific issues such as "Tender Requirements" or "Scope of Work required" n Details Cluster involvement - many Federal, State and Local Government Agencies are part of "Clusters". The objective is to include details of each Federal, State and Local Government Cluster that may be relevant to a tender o Training Tender Response - it is envisaged that a number of organisation may require training in understanding the tender documentation and how to respond. If there is a requirement for this a number of training courses are available p Contract Renewal Dates - many tenders are for 1 year, 2 year, 3 year and 5 year contracts. This service will provide regular reports on those tenders due to be re-issued

Payment of Tender Information Service Fees
If the monthly subscription is selected and payment is not by credit card the service fee is payable to the OTMG Tender Information Management Service by Direct Debit
The first 3 months subscription service fee is required for the monthly service subscription.
